Parbat Gurung is the Minister for Communication and Information Technology and Government Spokesperson. His roles were changed from being Minister for Women, Children, and Senior Citizens in October 2020. As a former social entrepreneur, Gurung strongly believes in the economic empowerment of women and marginal communities and is also known for the creation of the Social Entrepreneurship Fund under the Social Welfare Council.
